Chuckleberry

A recent hybrid between Redcurrant, Blackcurrant and Gooseberry. Plants are very productive with large, purple-black fruits with a rich sweet, slightly sharp flavour. We find plants are more similar to redcurrants in habit, being a bit less vigorous than blackcurrants.
