Description: Prunus avium ‘Hannaford’ is a variety of edible wild cherry (Prunus avium), or “mazzard”. Sweet flavour; earliest flowering mazzard; crops very heavily; extremely vigorous, healthy tree; very resistant to all diseases, especially canker; when grown as a standard makes a magnificent ornamental tree.
